At Sinclair Tractor, we pride ourselves on being the destination in Southeast Iowa for agricultural equipment, precision farming, agronomic decision support, NAPA parts and supplies. With thirteen John Deere dealerships, five NAPA parts locations and a Supply Store, we are looking for motivated and talented people to join our team.
Purpose:
Performs a variety of in-store customer service, marketing, promoting, advertising, and stocking duties related to the receiving, sale, and delivery of parts and accessories and equipment.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Effectively identify and procure requested parts to satisfy customer needs
- Assists with retail customer parts delivery as needed
- Assist in maintaining retail sales floor
- Assist with design and maintenance of retail displays
- Participates in all job-related training and development
- Performs routine housekeeping and other location tasks
- Parts experience is preferred
- Ability to multi-task
- Must have a strong work ethic with a positive attitude
- Must be self-motivated, dependable and energetic
- Ability to be team oriented, flexible and have effective communication skills
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Work shop and office setting
- Must be able to lift at least 75-pounds
- Travel as needed
